We subscribe to the adage:
"Together, we can do more!"

Our association has 600 members on 67 streets and courts in the Upper Penitencia Creek regional area of the City of San Jose's District 4

Our group's motto is:
"WATCH, REPORT AND LEARN"

1. WATCH for any suspicious activity (especially by strangers),
2. REPORT all questionable activity to SJPD and then to your WATCH group, and
3. LEARN from any dubious activity you observe.

Penitencia Neighborhood of
Community-minded Residents

Penitencia Neighborhood Association is a group of concerned residents that have developed a solid sense of neighborhood community.

- Our focus is on crime, safety and quality of life issues that effect our neighborhood community.
- We are NOT strictly a virtual website. Rather, we are a collective group of “security and safety minded” individuals that occasionally meet "in-person" to:

(1) Know each other "face-to-face,"
(2) Proactively collaborate tactics to monitor and report to SJPD all suspected criminal activity occurring on Penitencia streets and courts, and
(3) Addressing issues having an effect on the "quality-of-life" in our neighborhood community.
